I'm using Twitter for write in English and conversation with English speaking people.
But Twitter is too narrow to write many. (Only 140 characters they have!)
I think I need more space to write nuance of my thought more correctly.
So I was considering about *standard* blog, and finally I decided to use here.
I'm not bad at reading English, but not good at writing or speaking or hearing.
I hope I could conversation using English as usual.
I write in English using dictionary at times.
I would thank to a person who would correct my wrong English.

Be sure to add 'is' in there. "I'm a Japanese who is learning English" is better.

"They only let you write 140 characters" or "they only give you 140 characters" would be better. Very few English sentences end with a verb.

"to write the nuances of my thoughts" would be better. I would probably change 'correctly' to 'clearly', because your thoughts are already 'correct' or 'right'. ^-^

Probably "I decided" would be better than "I was considering". "Considering" implies that you have not made a choice yet.

"I'm not bad at reading English, but I'm not good at writing, speaking, or hearing" would be better. Any time you would use 'or' or 'and' twice, it's best to add two commas and an 'and': "lions, tigers, or bears" instead of "lions or tigers or bears".

Probably "I hope to write in English on a regular basis" or "I hope to write in English regularly", if you are saying that you want to write every day.

I'd learned that in junior high-school...

I've not understood between "many" and "much" correctly.
I understand they as that, "many" is used for the things that countable, and "much" is used for not countable.
I wanted to write "... narrow to write many words", so I used "many".
I've mistaken?

I didn't realize what you were saying. I think you meant that you were considering using Blogger; is that right? If so, perhaps something like "I was looking for a place to host my blog, and finally I decided to use Blogger" would be better. Sorry!
